IMPORTANT E-SIGN NOTICE - CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC RECORD

The Electronic Signatures requires that you consent to entering into an electronic agreement with wor(l)d before the agreement is executed. Please read the following information carefully.

This document is governed by regulations on Electronic Signatures in Global Commerce and includes the international regulations (for example, Global Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001, et seq.). The costumer agrees to be bound by this legislation.

To become a wor(l)d Independent Contractor, you must consent to the use of an electronic record and must read the Terms and Conditions of the Independent Contractor Agreement, wor(l)d’s Policies and Procedures, the Marketing and Compensation Plan ("On Demand Instant Pay Plan"), and all documents that The Company has approved and you can read from wor(l)d's official web site at www.worldgmn.com, and electronically acknowledge that you have read these documents.

To access these documents and submit your online application, you will need the following hardware and software: A Personal Computer ("PC") or another different device with modem or other Internet access device and operational Internet browser software (e.g., Netscape Communicator or Internet Explorer)

You may withdraw your consent to the use of electronic records at any time. However, should you do so, your Representative Agreement will be automatically terminated and you will lose all rights to any downline organization (including but not limited to any property rights you may have), and you will lose all rights to all remuneration under the wor(l)d Compensation Plan. Should you wish to withdraw your consent to the exclusive use an electronic agreement (and thereby terminate your agreement with wor(l)d, or update any of personal information, you must do so by emailing support@worldgmn.com.

You will provide the necessary information to be identified univocally. Your data will provide will be treated just for the purposes for which the Affiliate is accepting this agreement and for those subsequent operations connected to the treatment of the personal data. These data will be treated in accordance with the transparency and safety principles and they’ll be never used for other external purposes. The data provided will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy you’ll find on our site.

You agree that wor(l)d may amend the Policies and Procedures, and the Marketing and Compensation Plan, and any documents, policies and terms at its sole discretion at any time. You may also access the version of these documents that were in effect at the time you executed your electronic agreement. Any outdated documents are archived in wor(l)d's administrative back office. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions, the Policies and Procedures, and the Marketing and Compensation Plan, and any documents, policies and terms are always available at wor(l)d's official web site for viewing, printing and downloading at www.worldgmn.com.

Should there ever be a change in the equipment or software necessary to access the Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures, and the Marketing and Compensation Plan, and any documents, policies and terms wor(l)d will advise you of the same and will provide you with a list of the equipment and software that is necessary. Upon such event, you may voluntarily terminate your agreement with wor(l)d By clicking on "I AGREE" below, you consent to use of electronic records evidencing your wor(l)d Independent Contractor Agreement.

If you click on the "I Decline" box, the enrollment process will be terminated and you will be returned to the wor(l)d home page.
